Debt recovery lawyers Incasso will become part of law firm DWF if plans for a merger with parent Cobbetts come to fruition. After months of speculation, North West firm DWF has confirmed it is in discussions with Manchester lawyers Cobbetts about a merger. Leeds-based Incasso is the debt recovery arm of Cobbetts. Meanwhile, DWF’s debt recovery team is headed up by David Scottow, who is also based in Leeds.
