The Credit Services Association (CSA) is set for enormous expansion if members approve a decision to allow law firms practising debt recovery to join as affiliate members. The trade body is seeking feedback from members on whether debt recovery law firms should be allowed to join the CSA, ahead of the 2012 annual meeting where a decision will be made.
