Scottish and Southern Energy (SSE) is to repay customers who may have been wrongly switched to the supplier by doorstep sales staff. The energy supplier halted all of its doorstep sales activity in July this year after a court found SSE’s sales staff has used misleading scripts when talking to people on their doorsteps.
