The Treasury Select Committee has called on two of the big four banks to reconsider introducing further restrictions on customer access to cash points hosted by rival brands. MP Andrew Tyrie wrote to Lloyds and the Royal Bank of Scotland to express his concern over the proposed changes, asking them to justify their reasons for the move.
