The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has fined a network head £49,000 for management failings at his firm, Julian Harris Financial Consultants (JHFC). Mr Harris was also banned from practicing as a compliancy officer following revelations he had appointed representatives without undertaking due diligence and recruited representatives who were not fit and proper.
