City Enforcements, the commercial debt recovery specialist, has launched a new division to help companies to get back money they are owed.
CDP Ltd will help firms to reassess their terms and conditions documents in order to remove any loopholes by which debtors can avoid paying back what they owe. The Hanley-based firm says this new division will help companies to protect themselves. Norman Brian, director at City Enforcements, said: “The business has been launched with a view to protecting businesses. Clauses in terms and conditions dictate how businesses recover debt.
