Experian has announced two promotions within its UK and Ireland business, as it aims to strengthen its back office operation. Nick Evans, formerly head of customer management will take on the new role of product and propositions director for Experian Decision Analytics, while former head of collections Simon Waller will become head of customer management and collections.
Evans, whose experience includes working in credit and risk for Experian and other financial institutions, including HSBC, will lead the development of new analytical tools and software products. Waller will work on the strategic direction and growth of Experian’s customer management business, along with his existing collections responsibilities.
