I weighed on Thursday and lost 3.5lbs which what I put on last week and an extra half a pound.

The lighter socks paid off

Weighed myself a day early this week, as I have visitors arriving tomorrow for a long weekend.

And, I lost that pound again! My eating pattern has not changed (although I suspect it will over the weekend, together with a small amount of wine) so I suppose it is just normal fluctuation. I wore similar clothes but - I have changed into my winter, thicker tights. Which I am sure weigh just as much as Beefy's socks

I just pay at the check-out

And I think I am allergic to exercise - was always the last person to be picked for teams at school and vowed never, ever to play any sport once I had left. And I have kept to that vow - but not sure I am proud of it

Yes I did eat... and very well ...........I also ran over 45 km in 6 days and did some Gym work.....
