HI i was hoping some one could put my mind at rest on March 7th this year i attended a ESA Heath Assesment and was deemed unfit for work and was placed in the activity work group the thing is i was sent a letter saying my sick note runs out next week i thought once passed the Health asesment and place on ESA a sick not was no longer required i am guessing its a automated letter but to but my mind at rest i am going to call them on Monday any advice and views from you guys would be most welcome as i suffer severe Depression and anxiety and worry about things thank you so much for taking the time to reply
