If the hearing is in two weeks then you have obviously submitted your AOS and filed a Defence already. What was the basis of your Defence? Was it the absence of a Default Notice and/or something else?

They also do not have a copy of the default notice .

I submitted an Embarrassed defence as the claim was submitted thought Northants and no documents were originally attached...and yes one thing it did cover was the absence of the default notice. Judges orders after the reinstatement hearing said they must bring original copies of any docs but they don't have the DN.
