  • Balance transfer 0% cut-off date

    hey up.
Hope everyone is as well as can be expected during these terrible times.
I applied for a Santander 0% balance transfer card which was approved on 8th March. As part of the application, it took the details of the card to be paid off although this never happened.
I sent them a message via their secure messaging system and someone replied saying it should happen automatically shortly after the card is received and activated and if it doesn't to call them. This never happened and the number eventually cuts you off. I replied to the original message to say this but heard nothing. I sent a follow-up message and i had an email to say the system is no longer being used to communicate.

Any ideas how long i have got before the 0% balance offer is removed? I did look through the T&C's i had via email when the app went through although cannot see any reference to it. Shower of sh1t they are!

    Take care

at this stage a Recorded Delivery letter would be best to my mind as many E-Mails are being ignored or state not in use (people are working from home)?
