    Re: MBNA Termination

Just read this thread from start to finish and find it amusing and somewhat ironic that certain posters, while being critical of errors and the finer points of law, they fail to proof read what they have written prior to posting.

I also fail to see the point in asking a creditor (or a forum for that matter) a question to which no answer is wanted or required. Seems a bit of a waste of time and effort to me.

I'm an official AAD Moderator and also a volunteer, here to help make the forum run smoothly. Any views or opinions are mine and not the official line of AAD. Similarly, any advice I have offered you is done so on an informal basis, without prejudice or liability. If in doubt seek advice from a qualified insured professional - Find a Solicitor or go to the National Probono Centre.

Simon / Peter is no longer an active user. Let's leave it at that yea?

Just like to thank the useful replies for their genuine input; if you wouldn't mind I'll arrange to copy these posts to a new thread in the defaults section? It's handy info (silverbacks responses specifically spring to mind)...

Sorry for taking drastic action but the wellbeing of the forum supercedes one person.

            Thread closed.
