The papers are reporting a recent court case against MasterCard, which allegedly overcharged card user.
What will that mean when all in the hands of DCAs - defaulted, SB, and probably written off?
Should I get a refund on my MC cards, the DCAs will have Easter, birthday and Christmas presents on my behalf, or will they?
What right would they have to refunds when they were not the card holder or even related to the card at the time the court ruled was MC naughty?
