Yeah it tis.....I tried a search this morning on the internet if there was a actually a website site out there (and couldn't find only got: ;;2 ) if at all existed, and only came across one with Music and Anglo Saxon down in Suffolk old names. lol

What about Johannesburg and Sydney?

Of course Lamorna, Tamar, Morvah, Sennen and Zennor are probably the wrong way round as it's a straight case of naming people (girls mainly) after places.

Redruth, Gwenap Pit, St Michaels Mount, Ruan Highlighanes, Ruan Minor, Grade Ruan and Ruan Lanihorne (is Ruan a name over the border there? It's a boys name here.), Kennack Sands, Kelynack, Polmanter, Mevagissey, St Issey, Madron, Rose, The Roseland, St Agnes, Week St Mary, Philleigh, Perranporth (Not sure Perran is a name there either, is here, boys again), St Piran (same), Nancenoy, Delabole, Dozmary Pool, Altarnun, Hayle, Egloshayle (those two are cheating a bit, we pronounce them Hail not Hayley), The Carrick Roads, Kerrier, Carrandon and Carrandon, errrr, I give up now!
