Fish starter (prawns or langoustine or scallops), followed by turkey & beef, roast potatoes, carrots, sprouts (yuk), peas, parsnips, gravy, stuffing, yorkshire puddings with horseradish and cranberry sauce options, followed by Christmas pudding with custard/ice cream/brandy butter/cream options... just a lightweight dinner for me!
