    Thanks Niddy and everyone who has posted on here.... it's great to be here....

    I have a CPUTR template on my thread which you may want to include in the template section.... it's been used on just about everyone after my blood in recent times, incl. three firms of solicitors to date, so I can vouch for its effectiveness as a pre-court tool.

    Loving this icon....!!

    Remember the mantra:
    NEVER communicate by 'phone.
    Send EVERYTHING by Recorded/Special Delivery
    Keep a copy of EVERYTHING sent
    Keep hold of EVERYTHING received
