Hi All,
Long time no see.
Two letters arrived together recently one from Cabot saying assigned to Mortimer Clark (MC) and one from MC saying they now were handling and saying they had obtained a judgment, but no further details on that.
I have lost my old files - this relates to a 2009 credit agreement in relation to which all comms ceased in cAug 2014, 12 years ago. NIDDY had previously advised back then that it was enforceable.
Any idea on how serious this might be? Do I check date of alleged CCJ on credit reference site or await next letter? Could it be a fishing exercise given the time elapsed?

Update: Just checked my credit file and no court actions recorded at all.
