I have a few alleged debts. They have not mentioned who the debt is for. Just seems odd to get a text without a letter. I have a year until Satute Barred

I had an aqua debt and a Barclaycard debt with hoist.
The one I had the most trouble with was worth aqua , they threatened legal action straight within a few months, sent a CCA request they said they would investigate and not had anything back, it's now statute barred and they have still not fulfilled my CCA request 6 years on lol.
Barclaycard I just had the standard begging letter and texts and phone calls. I also had letter for Barclays about a refund for miscalculated fees, which were sent way after the default dates, so I'm assuming it makes the account unenforceable or harder to enforce because towards the end I was getting offers of 65% off.
Now I get an odd letter from them, even though the phone calls have increased, only reason I know this is the call blocking is not as effective and allowing them to leave a VM.
My advice is don't worry when you get a letter read it and if it is the standard letter just ignore, when they threaten something more serious then send a CCA request.
So that was my experience with hoist, I wouldn't worry and the people on this site are amazing and In a years time you will be laughing about this when your statute barred
