Hi,

I am just reviewing the other document you sent me. Given the page numbers I won't be able to review it in its entirety and in detail tonight, I hope you understand.

However, and absent my other concerns regarding the agreement, the Legal Charge is quite something to behold...Hand dated granted, but no recipient of the charge noted, no account number, no property details, hardly legible and it hasn't even been signed by anyone or any witness. That is for starters.

Its a good job you knew of this site.
