  • HALIFAX PARTNERS ACCOUNT

Went into their local branch this morning and deposited monies into her account at the counter = Okay!!! But then the cashier stated to me that in future if I am paying into another persons account I cannot use the counter payments, I have to use the ATM??? I pointed out that I will not use the internal ATM as in the past problems arose with deposits not getting deposited to account! and it took them 6 weeks to check daily cash amounts from the ATM in question (after 5 visits and formal complaints) only to find the man involved all the way through came back within 2 minutes and stated the records show overpayment in ATM to the amount we deposited, and that it is now in her account, the woman ignored and stated ATM in the future.

No I will not ridiculous was depositing not withdrawing (which I could not have at the counter), so if ever I will bank to my account elsewhere and transfer monies straight away. gone mad this last 3 decades. fraud the banks started it.

That seems wrong as in order to pay money in you would need the pin , and wouldn't that be in breach of the T&Cs

seems over the counter you have to use pin BUT in ATM no pin required ? (Gobbly Gook?) to say the least.
