It's a pity that you didn't feel able to follow through with the start you made here last year.

A question - you said that you were not responding to letters, and that you have a mortgage. One of your creditors, Hitachi Capital, is particularly aggressive. Have they managed to get a charge on your house since you last posted?

What is the current situation individually with each of your creditors? Until you provide more detail it is impossible for anyone to advise.

it can feel difficult in the early days, but we've all been there. Stick with it, there will be no judgement here and pretty soon the control of the situation that you're taking will make you feel better.

I feel a twinge of disappointment now on the days that I don't get a letter to ignore & file.
