What did JCS say about it when you spoke to them?

They were good at getting on to them 3 months ago, but we're now past the 12 week stage and I feel like I am pestering JCS asking for updates now as their response has been "Could take up to 12 weeks" also.

This is my only negative account, CCJ aside, which JCS said wouldn't be able to be removed (its a bi-product of the irresponsible lending). The CCJ has less than a year to run so not sure on its credit score weighting?
