  • Newbie here :)

    Hi everyone,

Thought I would join as I desperately need help with my debt and could do with advice.

I want to keep this has anonymous as possible so lets say I am a asexual, 28 year old. I am not a homeowner or pay any rent/council tax/household bills etc.

Unfortunately it looks like I will be losing my job in July, I work part-time and also study full time as a student.

    My current debts are -

    Nationwide Loan - £5800 @ £290 - 03/2022
    Nationwide Loan - £3500 @ £85 - 07/2024

    Amazon Credit Card - £2690 (0% interest free) - Sept 2020 @ £30 minimum payment
    MBNA Credit Card - £4000 (0% interest free) - April 2021 @ £50 minimum payment
    MBNA Credit Card - £4000 (0% interest free) - Sept 2021 @ £50 minimum payment
    Halifax Credit Card - £2600 (0% interest free) June 2022 @ £50 minimum payment

    Motonova HCP - £11500 @ £291 - 09/2023
    Sky Mobile - £1420 @ £42 - 03/2023

    Totally roughtly £35,000.

I recently been diagnosed with bipolar 1 with psychosis and rapid cycling which reading up has helped me understand my desire to spend all this money, with my student loans and my part time wage my head was just above water.

I am most likely only going to get around £5000 from redundancy and my montly outgoings without these debts are around £200 per month (Phone contract, petrol, etc).

Now I am actively seeking work but with the COVID-19 I think this will hold some challeneges.

I am up-to-date with all payments, had 0 contact with any company, debt collectors, legal proceedings.

I am just mentally drained, the only option I can see is to go bank bankrupt.

      Hiya

Your sexuality and anything else is quite irrelevant here - read the UE diaries and take it from there -> https://all-about-debt.co.uk/forum/d...bility-diaries
