It's club 12 cos they don't know who it is yet - could be anyone that takes the 12th place.

    Rangers deny Bury takeover talk

Rangers denied a report that they planned to buy their way into English league football through a takeover of League One Bury.

"Rangers have not approached Bury and our focus is on securing our status in the Scottish League structure," a spokesman for the Glasgow club said in response to a report in The Sun newspaper. Rangers have new owners but it remains uncertain where they will play next season with Scottish Premier League clubs voting in July on whether to readmit the 54-times champions to their ranks after the side's parent company went into administration. A separate report in the Daily Telegraph said Rangers could be excluded from the SPL but relegated just one tier to the first division as a compromise, rather than having to start from the bottom rung in the third division.

Rangers creditors formally reject CVA proposal

The creditors of Rangers have formally rejected a CVA proposal which would have allowed the club to trade its way out of administration. The decision was taken during a meeting at Ibrox stadium on Thursday, which lasted just nine minutes. Rangers' largest creditor, HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC), said on Tuesday it would reject the CVA proposal. The club will now be liquidated and its assets sold to a new company which will aim to continue with football at Ibrox.....Source: BBC Sport 14th June 2012

Rangers to re-form after creditors' deal is rejected

Rangers will re-form as a new company after a creditors' deal was rejected by Revenue and Customs. It means clubs will have to vote on whether to re-admit Rangers to the Scottish Premier League. HMRC rejected prospective owner Charles Green's bid to exit administration via a company voluntary arrangement giving creditors nine pence in the pound. "The club will continue to operate as it has always done but in a new company structure," said the administrators. Green, who said he was "hugely disappointed" by HMRC's decision, will now seek to buy the club's assets for £5.5m and form a "newco", under the terms of the deal his consortium struck with administrators Duff & Phelps. "We will be liaising with the football authorities at the earliest opportunity to establish our position regarding the SPL," said Green, who will approach the Scottish Football Association and the SPL....Read more here: BBC Sport - Rangers to re-form after creditors deal is rejected

    Hi Mystery,

I know! It was my feeble attempt at a joke. There is a thing called a Writ of FiFa of Writ of Fiery Facias used in the High Court by Bailiffs collecting debts.
