    They haven't given up! They do say they'll be continuing with collection activities that aren't discounted due to them not having the documentation.

        Letter from Robinson Way demanding full payment.

        I do like their wording! They state that if we don't pay up then, amongst other things :

        'This account may continue to be a worry for you'.

            New letter from BCard dated 1st April, formal demand for payment - demand full payment, interest will continue to accrue, they've grassed me up to the credit reference agencies, threatening a personal visit, legal proceedings and court action, and they'll offset if they can.

            Mrs RTB is still waiting for the credit agreement that they've mislaid!

            What shall I send? Their letter seems a bit uppity given they can't produce a valid agreement.
