                update 7-9-2010

                Same letter recieved from Halifax as I received from BOS the other day - basically a default notice.
                Filed.

                3 letters received from various parties urging me to contact them:

                1st from Newman & co on behalf of requesting settlement of the account in full within 7 days & advising me that they have full authority to instigate legal action on behalf of their client.
                They are also mithering me to death,phoning me at work & on my mobile.
                Has anyone come across this lot before?
                Do I just file for now?

                2nd letter from resolvecall (dated 3/09/2010 & received the 7/09/2010) advising me to ring their client Royal Bank of Scotland (Mint) 'within 3 working days of the date of thi letter' - lol thats already gone.
                If not they will organise a home visit..... ;Spank

                I had responded to mints previous letter as advised above....letters will have crossed in the post.
                Do I need to do anything with this yet or ignore for now?

                3rd one very short & sweet telemessage urging me to contact Coop.
                Will pass on that for now...

                As ever any advice will be greatley appreciated.

                            Im a really angry man now!

                            Just spoke to the Mrs(Im at work) who is a Nurse working nights and has been woken up this afternoon by a doorstep visit from someone representing Mint(My card)....they are ignoring absolutley everything that is sent to them.
                            Basebell bat will await the next visit,

                                Unfortunatley she is too nice for that - but I dont think they should be telling her what its about either.
