    Re: Charlie's UE Diary

Hi All! I do not have anything of substance to report but thought I would pop in with an update..... the last few weeks I have received letters from robs way telling me I have not responded to them despite their attempts and also a 50% reduction offer. I reached SB in spring this year and my credit file should be clear before christmas. I have not yet responded but will do so if the wording changes. I really could not of achieved this without the wonderful advice from AAD and I will always be grateful. Thank you very much everyone for giving your time to empower me to move forward. I will always be especially grateful to Niddy..........6 and a half years ago I was a mess and Niddy has been there through out. Thank you.

Thank you for the update charlie

Could you post on our http://forums.all-about-debt.co.uk/s...-now-SIX-years thread as an inspiration to those who are just starting out?

        Re: Charlie's UE Diary

Hi Pixie, I am a little reluctant to shout to loud. Whilst I am utterly grateful that I have reached this far, I have not managed to shake them off and 1 of my debts has a stayed court claim so is not SB and I have recently had contact from a new DCA and more recent from the DCA that raised the court claim( although they have not yet referred to it) So for now I am grateful but know I could still possibly have a fight on my hands at some point.
