    Re: Charlie's UE Diary

Hi there all, I am afraid I am in need of some help again.
So my unenforceable journey started back in 2010 and by early 2011 due to Niddy and crew, I felt that life was worth living for the first time in years. I will for ever be grateful and can never explain in words how life changing it has been for me.
I have been plodding along with just the odd letter from DCA sometimes I have replied and sometimes not.
A couple of months ago I received a letter from Wilkin Chapman saying they were acting on behalf of Arrow Global and to make arrangements to pay etc. I ignored and then I had a letter advising me they will go for ccj etc I again ignored.
Yesterday I had a letter saying a court claim had ben filed and today I received the court claim.
This is for a MBNA credit card taken out in 2000. Niddy deemed it unenforceable.
So Yep! Ive woken up from my plod with a jolt.
How do I defend ? and what do I do next ?
I would really appreciated your help once again.

I've had a peek at your diary and can see you sent MBNA a CCA request back in 2010 so that's a good start

          . . . . I took advise and sent cca requests off.

I got back a copy of an application form from MBNA

When did you last pay anything towards this debt?

Okay so it won't be statute barred yet. But you'll have plenty more irons in the fire to work with

Gather together any and all paperwork you can find and wait for Niddy or Andrew to make contact. There's nothing more you can do over the weekend so try to relax.

Oh boy am I confused.... I have followed the links etc and I even submitted a post explaining my situation but I can not find it again.
I am not good with computers so I apologise in advance for my stupidity.
Where do I go from here to get advice about court claim form defence etc .
