    17/11/201..E mail received. Tells me i'm a valued customer and they want to help. 26 days to pay or they will consider further action. Cant renew my loan until sorted???
    12/12/2011..Email received. 2 days to pay else they'll take it as a refusal to pay and pass to third party. I am however still a valued customer!!
    20/12/2011..email received offering me 50% discount if paid by 23rd Dec
    29/02/2012..Letter from Mackenzie Hall. Instructed to collect. Payment deadline noon 2nd March. Would prefer amicable settlement but will not hesitate to take further action as appropriate
    25/03/2012..Letter from Mackenzie Hall. Coming to assess my doorstep and collect the field or may advise clients to issue a ccj,Niddy says ignore
    05/04/2012..Email from Mackenzie Hall..Our clients have 3 offers to resolve outstanding account. One off payment of £280,3 payments of £115(£345) or 6 payments of £72 (432). Balance is £432!! IGNORE
    13/04/2012... Letter from Mackenzie Hall offering reduced settlement of £280. Same as last week IGNORE
    30/04/2012...E mail from Mc Hall says...we have been supplied this address to contact you. If you are this person ring..whereupon further detailed information can be provided
    03/05/2012..Letter from Mc Hall. Potential Action.As i'm avoiding paying they may recommend court action to clients
    06/05/2012.. E mail from Mc Hall..we have been supplied this addressto contact you. If its you ring ....Same as 30/04
    20/06/2012...Letter from Mc Hall..QQ have instructed them to commence pre-litigation visits. To avoid this must set up a monthly payment plan of £10 per month. No response and Meritforce will be instructed to call
    UPDATE. Should i continue to ignore please?

    Just think of their letters as a request for more knowledge and help from a 'Niddite' and the more annoying they get shows they need more help

    Out of hospital today with 6 lots of tablets but none the wiser. Has to go for a heart scan through out patients. Still in pain but feeling much better in himself. Thank you for all your good wishes

    In an emergency a Doctor is on call for operations etc, blood thinning will no doubt be a daily chore as other tablets from now on, probably a blockage somewhere, I had two stents inserted, but not a bleeding problem at the time, the results should be known soon to you, I was in on a weekend as well and an operation at 1.a.m. so do not worry too much our thought are with you.!!!!

    Thank you all. Still in hospital and waiting for news. Doctors dont work weekends apparently. Guess if he was an emergency they would so i suppose that's some comfort. Having blood thinning injections in his stomach and bleeding like a tap so i take it they're working.

    Big lesson to self from this. If you're self employed get insurance!! We didn't but at the minute that's the least of my worries. Just want some news,preferably good
