This is re Link/GE Cap at the moment being handled by Rob Way. After sending the merged letter above, I've rec'd this today.

Letter from Rob Way noting the dispute I have raised stating they are making the necessary enquiries and will let me know the outcome in due course. In the meantime collection activities will stop.

Letter from robway today enclosing copy of agreement which I've had before.

They now are awaiting to hear from me with proposals for settlement within next 10 days (letter dated 3.9.12 sent 2nd class)

Niddy orig said was enforceable however there is a query re the figures they've quoted on the agreement so may be UE.

What do I send now please ?

Hi Paul,

You've already had it, as it was you who said there may be something amiss with the figures it was last Sept time.

They aren't threatening legal action at the mo so want to just fend them off if possible.

In response to the above I sent this was received today:-

Letter from Rob Way. They do not agree that it is UE and will not eneter into repetitive correspondance re this. My data will continue to be sent to CRA’s. If I neglect to make payment further action may be taken. They require a pyment proposal within 14 days.



Do I ignore or send a response of some sort please, thx

Letter from robway refering to my recent letter and comment stating in view of this they have removed the a/c from their files and returned case to their client who has been made aware of the reason why the a/c is being closed and returned to them.
