Merge the sold in dispute (put that at top) then add the doorstep bit at base. So create one template from those two mentioned.

      Yea?

        Hi Niddy,

1st credit said it may involve a visit when they said credit security were being transferred the A/C, however credit security made no mention of a doorstep visit in their letter.

Sorry. Just clarify. Who owns this debt? Who sent the latest letter and what was that letter?

Ok, this one is owned by 1st credit (orig MBNA and UE) , the latest letter is from credit security who have been instructed to recover the debt. They haven't as yet mentioned a doorstep visit, that was mentioned by 1st credit in their letter stating they had put credit security on the case.

Both the letters from 1st Credit & Credit Security were waiting for me after a couple of weeks away.

The one I'm going to merge templates on is to Robinson Way (owned by Link/GE Cap) who have threatened a doorstep visit.

Ok send credit security the sold in dispute and merge the two as described for rob way.

In the interim, ignore 1st Credit

                      1st Credit/credit Security ( MBNA c/c )

Sent the sold in dispute letter to credit Sec 1st class rec on 20.8.12. and have today rec'd the foll from them dated 21.8.12

Letter from Cred Sec saying they cannot trace a reply to their recent letter and demanding payment immediately. Failure to comply could result in a debt coll calling for payment.

I'm assuming therefore that they hadn't got my letter when that was written so should ignore to see what they respond with when they do get it ?

Looks like the letters crossed in the post so I would wait.

This lot are keen Rec'd today.

Letter from cred sec (sent rec del but put through letter box, so not signed for) re mine of 20.8.12. They enclose a copy of loan agreement (2 of the 5 pages that 1st credit sent prev and Niddy said was in post 86 on page 5 of my diary) , and a statement. Go on to say they trust the position has been clarified and look forward to receiving a payment and payment proposal or full details of any specific dispute so the matter can be resolved.

Should I send them anything ?

This is re Link/GE Cap at the moment being handled by Rob Way. After sending the merged letter above, I've rec'd this today.

Letter from Rob Way noting the dispute I have raised stating they are making the necessary enquiries and will let me know the outcome in due course. In the meantime collection activities will stop.
