        Mint:- Recent history.

Rec'd a letter from Moorcroft stating their client was unable to prove a signed copy of the agreement etc, Niddy advised to send the letter below to Moorcroft:-

Debtors Final Response - CCA Received

Moorcroft then wrote back on the 19.3.11 to say they were returning the a/c to their client and cease any further action with regard to it.

24th Mar Rec'd a letter from Wescot stating they have been instructed to collect the o/s amount on the a/c

I sent a/c sold whilst in default of cca request to Wescot whilst Niddy was on his well deserved Holiday to which Niddy replied :-

As you've probably already sent the other letter, when they reply (which they will do - real soon); just post back and then i'll confirm what you need to send back ok?

Letter from Wescot re my letter saying they have contacted their client who has advised that if you require any further documentation, you need to put in writing to RBSG, insolvency & client support etc Southend. You must include a £1.00 payment for a copy of the Opening Agreement Document and a £10.00 payment for copy statements. You’re a/c is on hold for 30 days in order for you to do this.

Muppets do not have a clue lol. Just ignore them for now, when they write back then do as I suggested and photocopy the letter confirming there is no agreement and send it with the template from here. Simples.

Ignoring as my response as per Niddy above already sent re their letter dated the 3.3.11
The letter sent by me previously was the "enough is enough" letter as they confirmed that their client was unable to provide a signed copy of the agreement.

Today Statement from BOS also stating that if I do not make a payment, thye may take funds I have available in another current or savings a/c I hold with them even if it is a joint a/c

Ignoring this- don't even have any other a/c's with them

This is re MBNA/1st Credit and Connaught who have been rather pro-active in chasing the money so far, not agreeing (of course) that it is UE.

                          Anyhow latest from them :-

23.4.11 Letter from Connaught offering me various discounts for payments made within certain timescales as and I quote “in times of economic hardship and through maintaining your repayment plan, you have proven to be a valued customer” unquote.
