Recd letter 3/10/11 dated 28/9/11 from Wescot Client Capital One (Ue) saying our client says they have already complied with my CCA request.
Asking for full balance or payments by return.
Do I need a reply or just file for now?

saying Final notice Client Metropolitan contact us within 10 days or legal action may be taken or Doorstep Collection Agency to carry out a collections visit
Do I need to reply to this one please?

recd letter 15/10/11 dated 12/10/11 from Nelson Guest, Solicitors saying we are instructed by Wescot on behalf of Metropolitan as a final attemp Wescot is prepared to offer 30% discount to settle the account ref: HSBC cc (Ue)

I assume I just ignore this one and see what they send next?

recd letter 11/11/11 from Nelson Guest & Partners dated 4/11/11 saying we are instructed by Westcot acting on behalf of Metropolitan in connection with outstanding balance. Unless a repayment plan is agreed within 10 days, further recovery action will be taken.

recd letter dated 7/11/11 on 12/11/11 from RMA saying if you do not contact within 7 days, possibility of forwarding your account to a door collection agency, who will visit your home to collect the full outstanding debt
