                          Hi Niddy,

Wow! you must be up all night checking these. Yes it was just a long shot. Ok so he has an RBS bank Loan now £5590.09 with Wescot - they have accepted a payment of £25 pm. Bank Loan was quite a bit more but I managed to get ppi back of about £4000 for him a while back. This RBS cc £2083.96 is enforceable with Apex now so will offer them £10 per month. He was in the same dmp as myself and came out of it March 2011. He is the only wage earner and has a partner, stepson, 1 year old and a new baby of 3 weeks, so he is finding it difficult financially. We will keep paying these and try to f&f at a later date. Thanks so much for your help.

Thanks Niddy & In2Deep creditors have both accepted low payments for my sons enforceable accounts Westcot £25 & Apex £10. Thanks for your help with these.

Letter recd 11/8/11 dated 4/8/11 from Central Debt Recovery Unit, West Sussex saying you must pay the balance by 11 th August2011- dont know where its been sitting for a week (at the bottom of letter Central is a trading style of Metropilitan) obviously Metropolitan trying a different tactic eh?

Do I need to send a letter or just file please
