    This is enforceable as it is a signed agreement clearly showing the prescribed terms etc.....

    You have two choices, arrange repayment or blag it and see what they do next? if you decide to blag it then send this back: ---> CCA Query - Missing Prescribed Terms

      Total Unenforceable debt £23,615 made up of
      £9094 HSBC cc
      £5199 Mint cc
      £9322 Capital 1 cc

      Total Enforceable debt £19,041 made up of
      £6,675 HSBC Loan
      £4637 HSBC Loan
      £1864 HSBC o/d £13,060 HSBC with DG Sols which you said earlier to
      offer payment of £50 pm. So I will offer this.

      £2440 Halifax o/d with Iqor. Should I offer £20 pm?
      £3425 Halifax 1 cc with Moorcroft. Should I offer £20 pm?

        Can do, alternatively hold fire for now and consider a dmp at the end when you have them all back (or do you already?).....

            Cap 1 saying final response Cap 1 cc UE
            Metropolitan saying enforceable HSBC cc UE

            Do I need to send any replies or just file away?

                  Moorcroft (Mint) - send this: ---> Threat by Lender/D.C.A - To commence litigation

                    Received a big yellow card from Fredrickson today 9/5/11 saying Confirmed Resident. Pay or we will pass to Solicitors for immediate litigation.
                    I assume I just file this as I have sent them Threat o Gram Letter before Action today

                      Yep just ignore - it's crossed in the post.

                      Sorry, can you confirm the above - they sent a postcard that ANYONE could see, threatening you with litigation? Please be specific here, was it in an envelope or hand delivered by a rep - what? If they sent that through royal mail you can get compo as they CANNOT advertise to all and sundry that you're in debt, like in my village my postie is my neighbour - imagine if they sent me one, he'd know and so would half my village thus it is not acceptable for them to do this!

                          Bugger - that was their saving grace really - I thought (and hoped) that it was sent like that through the mail so all and sundry could read it then you'd have em by the balls....

                            I don't know why Fredrickson's like to do this. As if you don't know that you're a resident there!

                                received letter from Fredrickson International dated 13/5/11 if you require documentation under cca 1974 request from Capital 1 for fee of £1.
                                (re: Capital 1 cc un). Do I just file this away? Thanks.
