It says as I have not arranged a convenient date for them to call at my home, they have asked their local rep to call and given their name and ID no and day with hours of operation. Also a questionnaire to return after the visit.

I have had one visit, he said who he was and why he was there, I politely asked him to shut the gate as he left as I would not be discussing anything and that his company could write to me, he said I hadn't replied to their letters, so I again asked him to leave and get his company to read what had been sent to them. he said ok and went.

They have no rights to be on your property unless invited ( and I doubt you have) big yes IF they come tell them to leave nothing else and close the door xxxx

Had loads of doorstep threats from this mob. No-one has ever shown up. Not that I'd care if they did.

Moorcrft have given me a date and name of a 'local representative' who will call at my house. Do they really just accept being told to leave?

Not doubting everyone's excellent advice, just a bit worried that its come to this when they must know it is unenforceable due to no CCA.

it's a very big IF,, very few of us have had a visit, a lot of the time they say someone will call, it's normally from the office, (phonecall)
as Deepie and Niddy say, you don't need to talk to them, just tell them to leave

i would tend to ignore and see what ' Home Collections' send,
I knew Moorcroft had progressed from doorstep collections to Home collections, I thought it was because we had all started taking our doorsteps in.
they told me they would send a *field agent* probably they had googled my house and found out I was surrounded by fields, who knows, but he must of got lost as he never called.

However just noticed it was a credit card so are you saying they have never sent a CCA in response to your request of last year (09/2015)?
