    Who knows what goes on in their collective brain cell!

    In any event you've now also passed their mythical default date too, so they're wasting their time.
    What did they say in their most recent letter, and when was that?

      It was last weekend and was just a response to my 'complaint' (SB letter) basically just here is a bunch of statements please pay us no reference to account being barred or to my 'complaint'. I guess they either don't read their letters or just can't bear to admit they can't do anything about the debt and think I'll be a fool and pay them. I think I'll just file and ignore this letter and maybe send final SB letter if they write to me again?

        Let us know exactly what they send next, then we might need to do a specific letter to try and shut them up once and for all
