I had a payday loan many years ago around 2014 with microcredit.

it was sold to Kapama and I made some payments for a year or two.

in 2017 I stopped paying- it was June 2017 when I lost my job


I didn’t hear a thing until late last year when they started to phone me. I didn’t answer the phone but reverse looked up the number.

I would wait until they write, then you'll know exactly what they want. Unusual for them not to chase for that length of time. What sort of outstanding amount is involved?

Over £1000 but that is vastly inflated by fees. The original loan was £150
