    hello again!

I'm injured, waiting for surgery and it hasn't taken long being self-employed for it all to come tumbling down

I'm hoping to get fixed and back on my way although there is no guarantee, or when that could be so looking for pointers on which way to go - i guess down the unenforceability road.

    Business account debts

    Overdraft £5K
    Credit Card £3k
    Bounce back loan £5K

    Personal account debts

    Overdraft £1k
    Credit Card £8700
    Credit Card £5700

Universal credits in place which is much appreciated (i've never had anything from them), but as you probably know isn't income replacement.

    Thanks for reading !

Sorry to hear of your problems, SAG. I take it that your business debts (except your Bounce Back Loan) are subject to your personal guarantees?

This link may provide some useful info regarding help with the Bounce Back Loan -

      Hi Still Waving!
Thank you for your reply, and sorry for the very slow one. How rude of me! I've been a but rough and had two visits to A&E but I'm back on things now.

      Thanks for the link.

I spoke with Lloyds and they deferred the bounce back loan and removed my overdraft facility which completely snookered me.

I'm going to update the diary now as I have recently received what appears to be a LBA from Shoosmiths.
