  • My Diary

Hi.. I joined this site many years ago as I took on my journey.
I have had the odd letter off creditors but nothing serious, until today!! nearly 6 years has passed so was expecting some noise at some point.

    Diary entry to follow...

I note "..07/2016 - CCA request sent recorded delivery (£1 postal order enclosed).." Its seems that this is still outstanding!
A SAR sent to HSBC might be appropriate!
Iron Mountain fire may have a bearing!

They would have to send you a Letter Before Claim (LBC) before suing!
Wait and see what happens next and especially any correspondence from Howard Cohen!
A LBC would then be an appropriate time to contact @Coiin G Quinn - first contact is always free

Thank you. Is there a template for a SAR? Am I correct that the £10 fee has now been scrapped?
