That's good news. These companies take quite a liberal interpretation of what clearly stating it's unenforceable means, with PRA it was written in tiny text at the bottom of the contact us section.

My understanding of FCA law is any future correspondence from Lowell should clearly state that it's UE.

I'd forgotten this bit - I'm pretty sure that none of my Lowell letters mention UE. I'll need to check when I'm closer to my records but it may be because (I don't think, it's been so long now) that I ever asked them for documentation, they've only been at the 'head down and wait for six years' part of the process. It would be interesting to find out, but I'm not looking to reset the SB clock at this point.
