    From reading all the diaries (and from my own dealings) it would appear this depends on the creditor.
    Barclays actually stated in their replies to me they acknowledge they cannot enforce due to missing paperwork. What a shame

    It is the first contact from Wetclothes, although I've only sent a CCA to the prior DCA who 'owned' the debt not OC...Is it still applicable? I'll send anyway!

    Sent the OC a request for CCA as described previously, lets see what they have to say!!
