What step do you want to take?
Personally I’d not be taking any steps, in fact I’d be sitting back and relaxing, wait for them to step then decide.

        Hello

You have two debts owned by two different legal entities (Barclaycard and Hoist) so is it possible to make separate posts for each of them because any suggestions made will differ.

They may have both started life with Barclaycard but that's the only common denominator.

I look forward to helping you.

        Di

I assume that Barclaycard have sent you a response to your Subject Access Request by now.

Have Robinson Way stopped chasing you for Barclaycard No 2 which was assigned to Hoist?

And has Barclaycard No 1 been assigned to a debt purchaser such as Hoist or PRA yet, or is it still owned by Barclaycard?

Do you need to ping me another email if there have been any developments on these two debts since then

Hoist have been issuing claims recently so I thought I should check on your situation since we last spoke, just in case things start to liven up.

            Di
