Hi Diana. It was “a” credit agreement, one page. No idea of when it relates to. Should there be a date on there? I sent to Niddy and he advised it was not even close to being enforceable, but I’m not sure on what grounds. x

Did Wescot's letter enclose the credit agreement for your Santander credit card from 2010?

How strange. I didn't send you a notification.

It must have been a technical blip.

Good news about all the debts which are currently unenforceable.

    Have a nice weekend.

    Hi Di,

I did put my request in writing to them along with the £1 postal orders. They send me some documents via post and some via email. Think they are trying to confuse matters, but they haven't banked on me having you guys very kindly helping me out. I would not have had a scooby without all your help to be honest. I have everything documented anyway, but Niddy has said that some of the documents they sent me were merely screenprints?!?!? How on earth did I not notice that? Guess it's because I really don't know what I am looking for. x

04/09/2019 new update - Email received from PRA with sometimes illegible and frankly dodgy looking terms as they sent with the other three accounts. Sent to Niddy just to be sure.

To be honest, I'm not sure how I could tell which one was the successful application. I got 4 cards through at the same time with only one confirmation email (which obviously had no card number attached to it) so I'm unsure how I could possibly ascertain which one actually went through.

I applied FIVE times, 4 rejections due to "system error" then the final attempt resulted in confirmation it had gone through.
Received 4 cards, then a letter stating another attempt (presumably the successful fifth attempt) was rejected.
