Thought Id share some good news. Whilst I have silence from Cabot on another issue, the post arrived this morning with a good news letter. I had an old cc from MBNA/Virgin of around £11k, started around 2009 and defaulted 2014 and sold onto PRA. PRA wrote a few times, then started sending discount offers etc, so about 2 years ago I sent off a CCA request. They got back this morning to let me know that there isn't one and so the debt is unenforceable at present. A little paragraph at the end reminding me I can set up a payment plan....
