Are these or any of these still being reported on the your Credit Reports? Or have they dropped off?
I say this because you will most likely have a flurry of activity from DCA's as these approach the Statue Bar (SB) Date.
Also the Law on SB isn't quite as straightforward these days the Default Notice (DN) comes into the equation.
Barclays had a nasty habit of delaying DN's and hence the SB Date
So eyes on the clock but also on the current and up to date Diary entries to keep abreast of current Law and tactics.
We don't want slip ups at the last hurdle!!

    Just an update

I have still not paid a penny to any of these alleged debts. I receive the occasional letter which I just ignore. The occasional phone call to me mobile which I don't answer. Emails to my email which - guess what?- I don't reply. No visits or any need to reply or deal with basically begging letters

I am now nearly four years in! It has gone quickly - roll on the next two years.co

Thanks again to all supportive members and owner of this site

That is what tends to happen over time. Every now and then there will be a flurry of letters, mine used to happen about Christmas and a few in March ( I suppose having agreements in place looks good on the reports and accounts).

Keep the faith and plod along

Very little to report. I have not paid a penny to any of these.. The begging letters have reduced to a trickle even from the couple that must might be enforceable
One has actually been assigned but as it is ue this is only of academic interest

One again thanks and best wishes to everyone here

    General Update 23 October 2018

I have updated all of accounts above to try to show the present position.
Overall it is looking very good. Most are UE but even those that are not are not in a bad position.

Thanks again to everyone on this site for your help and support.

^ ^ ^ you posted this at the beginning of April so is there an update on any of them or a deafening silence (hopefully)

Thanks for the above Mr K. I have received the SAR informationregarding MBNA and it was my mistake as the card was taken out in 2011. It is enforceable but for a relatively small amount.

Still awaiting SARs from Barclaycard and I will update as and when. Thanks again

OK so the kind of upgrade you are interested in is one where you would have signed an application form, for example in this case you might have upgraded to a Gold account in the nineties which would have replaced the original agreement with a new one. You would probably have forgotten about signing the form and sending it back but it will be there in the SAR.

An upgrade where they sent you a new card called gold or platinum without asking you to sign and return a form is unlikely to have involved a new agreement.

Thanks Roger and MisterK for the advice above.

What might an upgrade be? I will send for a SAR

It's very easy to forget about an upgrade many years after the event and Barclaycard will not look into it that deeply when responding to a s78 request. They will just look at the date of the initial agreement and then send the pre-1985 template.
MisterK advice is excellent because you have what 4 Barclaycards so the SAR will cover everything! Might as well kill all these birds with one SAR!
