Hi all,
today is 37 calander days since MEIII received the SAR request. Monday will be 40days. I have read through the two SARs I have received and don't see anything that concerns me. There are a couple of issues I see that may be a problem for them and someone with a sharp eye would pick out a few more. I don't want to give too much away at this point but promise to update when this case is concluded.

so if no SAR from MEIII (sCABOT) in Monday post, is it a complaint to the ICO or reminder letter?

Don't remind them of anything!!! ME III Limited this is what FCA entry says "Entering into a regulated credit agreement as lender; and exercising, or having the right to exercise, the lender's rights and duties under a regulated credit agreement " Cancelled 24/04/2015
CABOT will be well aware of this!!!

Well, mention the devils name.......

Arrived home from work and through the letterbox was said SAR response on disc. I have glanced through and there are no real surprises. Now, if i believe rightly then they have to include all data corresponding to me including letters, calls etc? I have not seen anything that they have redacted so assume there isn't anything they have omitted or are keeping up their sleeve. (if I am wrong please correct me).

What is in the SAR is not much different to what is in my Diary, apart from a couple of things that I will email/PM to Di.
