    It won't be SB already SnV because you were making payments in your DMP until July 2012 so, as Susie says, still another 24 months to go.

        Argh bugger! Yes just noticed that I was paying into the DMP on this one!

        That'll teach me for getting ahead of myself!

            Not much to report this month. Rob Way still haven't got a credit agreement back from Barclaycard (and long may that continue).

            Cabot want me to be free of my Capital One debt - shame they don't seem to understand that I'm free of it already as its SB!

              Hi All

              Pretty quiet this month - just two letters:

              1) Rob Way informing me that they still haven't heard anything from Barclaycard and the account is on hold - long may that continue!
              2) Cabot offering me a 50% discount off the balance. Well as this is SB then they'll be getting 50% of nothing!

                Hi Everyone

                Well Robinson Way have finally got back to me with a reconstituted credit agreement! Unfortunately for them its the same as the one they sent me back in 2014:

                Two credit agreements, one with correct name and address, but only one pager of t&c's, the other with correct name and wrong address, and a bunch of t&c's that don't relate to either agreement.

                They have also sent me a bunch of statements that also have correct name but wrong address. Statements show a payment made in Feb 2011, but as it shows the wrong address who knows who that relates to!

                Rob Way have given me 30 days to make a payment proposal (as according to them they have fulfilled their obligations). Thats nice of them, I won't respond until day 29 as that way its getting close to SB even on the basis of their own flawed paperwork!

                    Hi All

                    Not much to report, been a quiet start to the year so far

                    Only had one letter from Robinson Way asking me to call them and confirm my address. Even on the evidence they have supplied with their own faulty paperwork this only has a few more weeks to go before it is Statute Barred, so I suspect they are either trying to trip me up by getting me to call them and admit liability of the account, or alternatively they're looking to confirm my address as they will be issuing a claim (and good luck to them if they do that as there would be so much wrong with it they're not likely to stand a chance).

                    Still whichever, its going to be a tense few weeks waiting for this to get over the finishing line.
