    Morning,

    Ok I found a letter of assignment from RW dated Feb this year, notifying me of assignment of the debt to HPH2.

    So I'm sending a CCA to them and also an LBA response.

    Does anyone have the right address for them? There isn't one on the letter of assignment from RW. I've found one in Sweden and one in Jersey.

    I'll get both letters sent recorded today.

      Sorry, just re-read Spud's comment and see that I should be sending the LBA response to the solicitor Howard Cohen.

      The new CCA goes to HPH2

                You are very welcome.....Anything you want to know, just post up

                Keep your receipts safe and in a few days go onto the Post Office website and print off the signature receipt for each and add them to your file...

                You have made a good start there....Now its time for a breather.....Not much you can do now until they reply

                      Luckily, your CCA was sent prior to the claim so they actually can't enforce as they're in default of s.78

                          Yes me too Spud, phew.

                          I have the signature as proof of delivery for the LBA to HC Solicitors so that's printed and filed.
                          I don't have one for the CCA to HPH2 as it's not available yet. It's showing as delivered on the 15th June on POs track & trace so I've printed that page in the meantime. I'll check again in a couple of days for a signature.

                          I've just emailed the claim form to you as well Niddy so I look forward to hearing back from you.

                          Service date is deemed today.
