    Hi Niddy,

I've now had a handful of phone calls from MKRR since Oct, i answered the phone once, but have since ignored the calls.

Today i have received a letter from MKRR:

"Further to our recent communication regarding transfer of ownership of your balance we have not yet received your offer of payment.

We want to help you and are in a position to offer an instalment arrnagement to clear the outstanding balance, but we can only do this after speaking to you. Please call us to discuss ways we can help. Alternatively you can make your payment at any Post Office or paypoint using the barcode to the right.

Until we reach an agreement to clear this balance we will continue to contact you by telephone or letter so we would advise you to contact us to resolve this matter."

Lovely colour printed letter, different format to anything i've had before

Anything for me to send at this stage?

Plus they have taken on all of the liabilities, duties and responsibilities of the alleged original agreement as well.

Basically they now own it now and have all the rights Nationwide had previously.

Wait to hear from them if I was you.

Milton Keynes based - TradePro House, part of the Compello Group. Quite a big and rapidly growing operation.

Have had a few dealings with them, but never had any great problems.

Found it difficult a couple of posts up to see if Niddy had deemed this Nationwide debt as UE or not.

Current Status - Contacted threatening to send a doorstep collector in November when i had two feet of snow outside!...then a notice to refund some charges from Nationwide themselves in May '11

I've received another statement from Nationwide, this time the balance is exactly £10,000 more than on my balance from September '11!

The following day i received another letter from Nationwide giving me notice of the assignment of the debt, with a different amount (£76.50 less than the original lower figure) was now legally assigned to MKDP LLP as of 30th September '11.

Just sit tight, or should i dispute the Nationwide figure(s) - rounded they are £7500, £17500, £7425?

Never heard of MKDP LLP before, if anyone has any experience?
    Letter received from MKDP...

Writing to advise that Nationwide has assigned all of its respective rights, title and interest in respect of the Nationwide loan to MKDP. MKRR has been appointed by MKDP LLP to manage the account. All future payments and correspondence should be directed to MKRR....please contact MKRR as a matter of urgency...signed MKDP LLP

What a lot of letters...with no idea what they stand for!?

    Anything for me to do?

    Thanks Niddy, you're a star.

Should i only write to Experian and Equifax, i.e. where i have done the statutory reports?

We held no joint debts after the mortgage was paid off.

Apologies for my ignorance, but is a disassociation just a form filled in from each of the CRA's and sent to each.
